1. The Platform

Live Subscribe is a digital card exchange marketplace where users create, publish, and share animated digital cards. Cards can include music, 3D scenes, particle effects, ticket sales, NFT listings, and other digital content.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended
• Free accounts may publish up to 2 cards; Pro and Brand accounts have higher or unlimited limits
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By publishing to the network you grant Live Subscribe a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the platform. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload.

Prohibited content includes: copyrighted material you don't own, hate speech, adult content, spam, malware, or anything illegal under U.S. law.

4. Credits System

• Credits are earned by sharing cards and receiving subscribes
• Credits can be purchased in packs via Stripe
• Credits can be spent on premium assets in the marketplace
• Credits have no cash value unless cashed out through the platform
• A 20% platform fee is deducted from all credit cashout requests
• Cashout requests are processed within 5-7 business days
• Credits expire after 24 months of account inactivity
• We reserve the right to adjust credit values with 30 days notice

5. Pro & Brand Subscriptions

• Pro: $9.99/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Brand: pricing as listed — includes 100% commission on asset sales
• Refunds are available within 48 hours of first charge (see Refund Policy)
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period

6. Asset Marketplace

• Pro members: 25% platform commission on all asset sales
• Brand members: 0% commission — keep 100% of sales
• Assets must be original work or properly licensed
• Platform may remove assets that violate terms

7. Disclaimer

Live Subscribe is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, data preservation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for lost content, missed earnings, or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Jacksonville, Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via email.
