Credit Packs

  • First-time purchase only
  • Technical error caused duplicate charge

  • Credits already used on assets
  • More than 48 hours after purchase
  • Repeat refund requests
  • Account terminated for violations

Pro Subscription

Monthly Pro subscriptions ($9.99/month) are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of the initial charge. After 48 hours, the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period but is not refundable for that period. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Asset Purchases

Credits spent on marketplace assets are non-refundable once the asset has been accessed or downloaded. If an asset is broken or significantly different from its description, contact support within 7 days for a credit restoration.

💎 Credit Cashout Fee — 20%

A 20% platform fee is automatically deducted from all credit cashout requests. This fee is non-refundable and is deducted before payment is issued.

Example: You request a cashout of 100 credits. You receive 80 credits worth of payment. 20 credits (20%) are retained as the platform fee.

This fee sustains platform operations, supports creator payouts, and funds ongoing development.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension. We take fraud seriously and cooperate fully with financial institutions on disputed charges.
