Credit Purchase Agreement

This agreement governs the purchase, use, earning, and cashout of Live Subscribe Credits ("Credits"). By purchasing or using Credits you agree to these terms.

1. What Are Credits

Credits are the internal currency of the Live Subscribe platform. They can be earned, purchased, spent on assets, and cashed out. Credits can also be converted into Live Subscribe Coins ("LSC"), an ERC-20 token on the Polygon network, and back again (see section 9).

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Live Subscribe does not store payment card data.

3. Earning Credits

Welcome bonus on account creation
Per share of your published cards
Per subscriber gained through your cards
Per sale in the asset marketplace (Pro: 75% of sale price; Brand: 100%)

4. Spending Credits

Purchase 3D scenes, particle effects, JS animations, and templates from the Asset Marketplace
Boost card visibility in the network gallery
Access premium features as they are added

5. Cashing Out Credits

20% Platform Fee: All cashout requests are subject to a 20% platform fee automatically deducted before payment.

Minimum cashout: 100 credits ($8.00 net after fee)

Payment methods: PayPal, Venmo (Pro and Brand accounts only)

Processing time: 5-7 business days

Example: 500 credits requested → 400 credits paid out ($40.00 at $0.10/credit), 100 credits ($10.00) retained as platform fee

Account age: your account must be at least 90 days old to cash out.

Cashable credits: only credits bought or earned on Live Subscribe can be cashed out. Credits you bring in by redeeming LSC that did not come from your own account can be spent on Live Subscribe but not cashed out.

Daily limits: cashout limits apply per account (currently 1,000 credits per 24 hours) and across the platform (currently 5,000 credits per 24 hours). Limits may change and are posted on the cashout page.

Pause: we may pause cashouts or the conversion of LSC back to credits to protect the system. A pause is posted on the LSC page and never affects LSC already in your wallet.

6. Credit Valuation

The base cashout rate is $0.10 per credit. Studio1Live reserves the right to adjust this rate with 30 days notice. LSC that you hold in your own wallet is not cashed out through Live Subscribe; its market price is set by buyers and sellers and can be higher or lower than the credit rate, including zero.

7. Expiration

Purchased credits: never expire while account is active
Earned credits (from shares/subs): expire after 24 months of account inactivity
Bonus credits (welcome, referral): expire 12 months from issuance

8. Prohibited Activity

Creating fake accounts to earn referral credits
Automated sharing or click fraud
Selling or transferring credits outside the platform, other than by converting them to LSC (section 9)
Exploiting bugs to generate unauthorized credits or LSC

Violations result in credit forfeiture and account termination without refund. Moving credits into LSC and trading LSC is allowed.

9. Live Subscribe Coins (LSC)

Optional. Converting credits to LSC is your choice. Credits remain fully usable on the platform.
Rate. 1 credit = 1 LSC at conversion, in both directions, unless a different rate is posted on the LSC page before you convert.
Your wallet, your keys. You link a wallet you control. We never hold your keys and cannot recover lost keys, reverse blockchain transactions, or restore LSC sent to a wrong address.
No promises. LSC is a utility coin for creating and sharing on Live Subscribe. It is not an investment, carries no promise of profit or price, and you can lose all of its value. Do your own research.
Fees and network. You pay Polygon network fees. Conversions may be queued and processed in batches. We may pause conversions to protect the system and will post a notice on the LSC page.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for the laws and taxes that apply to you.
