The idea that started
at Munchiez

A casual conversation with a well-traveled customer, a neighbor who needed a digital card, and a simple question — how much should you charge for a walking cash register? — became the platform you’re reading about right now.

It wasn’t a board meeting. There was no whiteboard, no pitch deck. It was a regular afternoon at Munchiez — a little corner spot in Jacksonville — and I was at the register making small talk with one of the cashier ladies when a customer walked in. Not unusual. But this guy was different. He started talking about his travels, how he’d been through nearly every major city in the country. Just moving, connecting, living out of a suitcase.

Something clicked. I’d been thinking about a neighbor of mine — a client, actually — who had come to me wanting a digital sales card for their business. Something shareable, something that didn’t live on paper that people threw away. And watching this well-traveled stranger talk about the places he’d been, I saw something he probably didn’t see in himself.

“You’re a walking cash register. You could charge brands, businesses, anyone — to carry their digital card across the country.”

That’s what I told him. If someone’s card was digital — truly digital, built to be shared phone to phone — you could get them shares, subscribers, even direct traffic to their website. Everywhere you go. He laughed. I told him I’d try to build something.

Building it

A few months passed. I kept showing up at the shop, kept showing the ladies behind the counter the progress. Early builds. Rough edges. New features. The map system. The card builder. The ambassador network. Every visit I’d pull it up on my phone and get their honest reaction — which is the best kind of feedback you can get.

The concept evolved past just a shareable digital card. It became a platform for creators, businesses, restaurants, artists — anyone who needed to move their brand across borders without paying ad platform prices. Share a card, earn credits. Carry someone’s card through a city, earn from the traffic you bring. The traveling guy from Munchiez was the original use case.

Our spots · On the map

The people who inspired this platform are already pinned on it. Spices — Jamaican food, real flavors, one of our go-to spots. Aloha Fly International — the home base that connects Jacksonville to Southeast Asia. Both are live on the SIIM map now, exactly as they should be.

What’s next

We’re in beta. The platform works — cards publish, videos upload, the map is live, the ambassador network is running across three countries. The young athletes competing in the Young Achievers Card Challenge are building their first digital cards right now. The ladies at Munchiez have been watching since the beginning.

The Asian experience is coming — a full mobile app, properly optimized, built from scratch for the phone that most of the world uses to do everything. Google Play. App Store. The guy from Munchiez would be proud.

Build your card. Share it everywhere.

Free to publish. Earn credits for every share and subscriber. Cards travel further than people do.
