We understand 1:09-1:07 is your range, we believe is directly related to muscle mass. Is one of the reason we moved you up to the 800, and 1500, so don’t let the fact that them beating you in the 400 means they can in the 1500 and 800 as well. NO NO NO, Don’t give up your dominance in the 1500 pb 5:33.16 and 800 pb 2:43.19 So its okay, don’t let the 400 carry over in your mind.

Kei’Mar do not worry , we know you range is 1:08, period, Don’t let this get in your mind. Remember Your little size works in your advantage in the 800M and 1500m against these same girls. pb 5:33.16 and pb 2:43.19 lets go!

conclusion

Kei’Mari Bellamy is an Elite Athlete and one of the best in the country. Her strength is her endurance and if we can match her endurance with her muscle mass and strength, we believe Kei’Mari is on track for Top Division 1 consideration. if her natural weight remains thin, we still believe she could blossom into one of the best mile/ two mile runners, However, she has a genetics for speed, so depending on her natural growth , she could be an elite 100, 200, or 400 runner. So her natural growth will ultimately determine were. I do know she practice the hardest everyday and never want to loose a practice rep, this mentality will carry her far.

MY focus with her is mental, nutritional, academical stability. If her grades are good usually the family is happy. if she is eating good, she will also be happy and gain muscles. Her heart is already there.

A 2:58.91 huge accomplishment for cracking the 3 min barrier, its shy of her PB 2:53.73 , but running under 3min is her new min requirement, lets crack that 2:49 , this a great point to build on for sade holmes

Conclusion:

Sade Holmes is awarded the Big Sister of the year by me. She cheers her brother on and help him during track meets like no other. She also practices hard usually everyday, we slightly have to push her a bit, but she usually responds. Our focus on her is muscles mass and strength, her determination is above average , but could notch up a bit. Easy to coach , maybe the easiest. well mannered and is the Idea athlete to have on your team as a captain and leader. Eat well and sleep well and Skies the limit.

Conclusion:

Alicia Joy Lee gets the entrepreneur of the year award. Very smart and business savy, thanks to her mom. Her athletic ability is above average and have an elite flexibility. This can be honed in on with a slight push. She has average motivation, if we can tap into her liking of the sport Alicia Joy Lee can go far in track and field. We also want to focus on her muscle mass and strength that will make her stronger in her 800 and 1500 runs, also in her long jump. If Coach jackie decided to brand her expertise and expand it, Alicia Joy Lee will be the Idea candidate to intern and help the business of Track and FEILD GROW.

Amari has not run this event enough to compare, but we decided to put her in it, because it seemed Natural. but the few times I will see where she needs to be to have a chance at Club Championships.

Conclusion:

Amari Rollins is very close to making a mark at the 100 meter and 200 meters , just outside of that podium range , if we work hard these next two weeks , I think she can get over the edge, and make a mark at Club Championships. I do focus on her muscles mass and strength.

Sir start of the season rock solid 1:19.51 if we can keep him under 1:20 during practices , he can strive for the low teens , which he will need if he want to see the Podium.
2nd meet of 2025 , Sir dropped under 1:20 , but still low 1:20’s is good, we know the target time 1:20 and under…
The finals below show Sir’s 1:11.22 would have gotten him 5th on the Club Championship Podium,
If sir run a 1:19 , we can get him in that 1:09 ish range , he right there, but In practice , are Target time is 1:15-1:20 min …lets go ..
